2017

Founded by Adam Grainger, Our UK office opens with the Mission to support the global transition to clean energy by connecting top talent with pioneering renewable projects.

2018 - 2019

Established a strong presence in the UK market. Built a reputation as a renewable energy recruitment specialist.

2020

Expanded internationally to our second office in Taiwan. Establishing a global operation guided by core values and focused solely on renewables.

2022

Marked a significant milestone by expanding internationally into the United States, establishing a stronger footprint in one of the world’s largest and most competitive markets.
