The Role
Our client is looking for a highly motivated Project Developer to join their Development team and play a key role in progressing their renewable energy project pipeline.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Development, collaborate with internal teams, coordinate with external developers and engineering providers to ensure seamless project development from concept to execution.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with external developers and engineering providers
• Conduct feasibility and profitability assessments for renewable energy projects
• Support land acquisition processes and M&A transactions for PV projects
• Use simulation tools to evaluate project capacity
• Review technical and project documentation
• Actively participate in the permitting process and engage with local authorities
• Collaborate with internal teams such as EPC management and asset management
• Ensure smooth project development from concept through execution
Requirements
• Master’s degree in engineering.
• At least 1-2 years of valuable experience in renewable energy project development
• In-depth knowledge of sector regulations and local/regional regulations
• Excellent project coordination and teamwork capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy
