A 1.5GW offshore wind project located off the UK coast required rapid workforce expansion to move into its next development phase. LSP Renewables was engaged to support hiring across multiple critical disciplines through a boutique Recruitment Process Outsourcing solution.

An embedded consultant worked directly within the project team, leading workforce planning alongside Hiring Managers and Project Directors.
