Seeking a skilled Construction Manager specialising in PV (Photovoltaic) and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) projects. This role offers the chance to work within a forward-thinking team dedicated to sustainable energy solutions. As a key player in the company's mission to drive renewable energy projects, you will oversee the construction phases, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of PV and BESS construction projects.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress.
• Resolve any issues or delays promptly to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
• Utilise project management software and tools to streamline processes.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive professional experience in construction management, particularly in PV and BESS projects.
• Relevant certifications in project management or construction (e.g., PMP, CPC).
• Proven track record of managing large-scale renewable energy projects.
• Senior-level experience with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
