Installation Technician – Vestas (V112 / V164)

LSP Renewables is currently recruiting 18 Installation Technicians to join an established onshore wind project in the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term project with work secured until the end of December 2026, with the potential for extension into 2027.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the installation and commissioning of Vestas wind turbines, working safely and efficiently as part of an experienced onshore team.

Project Details

• Location: UK Onshore
• Start: Ongoing (Immediate starts available)
• Duration: Until December 2026, with potential extension into 2027
• Rotation: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off
• Employment: Contract

Essential Experience

• Previous wind turbine installation experience
• Experience working on Vestas V112 and V164 turbines
• Vestas EnVentus platform experience is highly desirable

Required Training & Certification

GWO Basic Safety Training (BST)

• Working at Heights & Rescue
• First Aid
• Fire Awareness
• Manual Handling

Additional Mandatory Training

• Safety Introduction for Technicians (SIT)
• Electrical Safety for Ordinary Electrical Persons
• GWO Basic Technical Training (BTT) – Level D

Required Documents

• Valid Passport
• Valid UK Right to Work
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Valid Offshore Medical Certificate
