Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage on-site civil engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify and resolve any engineering issues.
• Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on-site.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Utilise industry-standard software and tools for project planning and management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven professional experience in civil engineering, with a focus on on-site project management.
• Chartered Engineer status or working towards it is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and industry standards.
• Experience with project management software and tools.

• Excellent technical skills in civil engineering and construction.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
